How To Learn L2 Vocabulary

Learning a second language (=L2) is hard. Bob's brain and body videos show us that humans acquire their mother tongue in a very unique way early in life as the brain is still developing. This means that once this acquisition is done,  you can never learn a L2 in the same way you acquired your first. So what can we do?
Dr. Jeremy Thompson's research shows that the best way for us to learn new words in a new language is to practice every day. For the BH Vocabulary videos, do 1 set of 7 words 4 days a week. On day 5, review all 28 words you learned that week.
