Voici une annonce de Elizabeth Marti:

Hello

You're receiving this because I think or I was told that you'd be interested to know about an exciting development of the Translator's Reference Translation in French. A Big Thank You to those of you who've been an encouragement to me along the way in this project!

I'm writing to announce that the French version of the Luke volume of the Translator's Reference Translation (Traduction de référence, en français) has just been released in PDF format, and is now being offered FREE.

This tool:
- is for use by everyone involved in the translation process
- trains users to become skillful translators
- reduces exegesis and research time
- encourages a cohesive, natural-flowing translation
- works in conjunction with other tools

This high-quality resource is over 700 pages long and includes more than 4,700 footnotes. The (printer-friendly) Quick Guide at the beginning puts the meaning of the most frequent notations at your fingertips. A complete Notations Key gives full explanations and the Glossary at the end explains linguistic and other technical terms used in the book.

If you've never used this tool, or you would like to learn how to use it to its full potential, see the links to training PowerPoint presentations in English and French below.

Best of all, this resource is being offered to you free for a limited time. The editor requests your comments and suggestions. Please send them and any other questions to her at Elizabeth_Marti@sil.org. Thank you!

The English version of the TRT (Matt, Mark, Luke, John and Acts) can be found on Translator's Workplace in both Folio and PDF formats or purchased hard-copy from the SIL website here: http://www.sil.org/resources/publications/trans\_reference
