Magic, Divine Revelation and Translation in Theological Education in the Majority World Today; with a focus on Africa

I recently re-posted this revised article, that already had well over 500 hits, on academia.edu as a session so as to acquire feedback. A number of journals have rejected it because of its over radical implications; that indigenous languages must be foundational to church practice as well as to bible translation. I am looking for help with it before submitting it to another journal.
