Por qu decimos esto? The customer is always right Una empresa sin clientes simplemente no existe. The customer is always right The customer is always right Es el cliente quien verdaderamente sabe lo que quiere. The customer is always right En cuanto a la misin, es la iglesia a quin se le sirve y no al revs. The customer is always right El cliente es el demandante, as que, si no se le atiende, dar la vuelta y buscar otro medio por el cual satisfacer su necesidad. The customer is always right Pueda ser que el cliente no tenga la misma razn que yo pero s quiero que sea mi cliente deber atender sus peticiones y estar dispuesto a negociar y como en toda negociacin habr que ceder. The customer is always right Aunque el cliente tiene la razn, tambin debe ser razonable en cuanto a lo que la empresa le ofrece y la empresa, quin ya tiene una especie de producto terminado, debe ceder a las demandas del cliente para satisfacer, lo ms especficamente, sus demandas y necesidades. The customer is always right Dos situaciones problemticas: Son muchos tipos de clientes Los clientes con o sin educacin/informacin podrn con mayor o menor precisin identificar sus propias razones o necesidades. The customer is always right Qu es primero?

Hi Luis, I am sorry that I only know one European language. I was not able to understand the ppt. For translation project, it is important to figure out the significance and relationship with whom we serve. I think whether customer is always right depends on who is the customer and who is God. I think the customer or the one that we serve is God. Yes, the Customer is always right. Thus, if we figure out whether 'God is the customer' or 'customers are God', it may help us to understand whether customer is always right. For myself as service provider or consultant, I am sure that I am not always right.
Hi Jeremiah 1. A business without customers simply does not exist. 2. It is the customer who really knows what he wants. 3. As for the mission, is the church who is served and not the reverse. 4. The customer is the plaintiff, so if it is not addressed, it will turn around and look for another means by which to satisfy their need. 5. It may be that the client "does not have the same reason I" but I want it to be "my client"'ll have to deal with your requests and be willing to negotiate and as in any negotiation will have to give way. 6. Although the customer is right, must also be "reasonable" as to what the company offers and the company, who already has a kind of finished product must yield to the demands of the customer to meet, most specifically, its demands and needs. 7. Two problematic situations: a. With many types of clients b. Customers with or without education / information may be more or less accurately identify their own "reasons" or needs. 8. What's the first? The offer or demand? This document is part of an exercise in defense of this statement, I agree with you that the customer is not always right and that neither we, as providers of services, we are right. Thanks for your comment!
