Embrace the Chaos

A few years ago I ran across the 80/20 rule: a justification for the messy desk (we use only 20% of our resources 80% of the time, so why put stuff away?). This podcast and book take it to another level. It might be self-justification, but it might also be an embrace of creative chaos.
