Our colleague at the University of the Free State, Prof Kobus Marais, is the founder and editor of a new journal, the Journal for Translation Studies in Africa. The online submission system is now open. For more information go to http://journals.ufs.ac.za/index.php/jtsa to register and upload papers.

Ronnie, the journal will definitely be open to publishing articles relating to Bible translation that meet the academic requirements of the journal (see their web-site for more information about their vision and the instructions for authors). Note that one of the editorial board members is Jacobus Naude, who is a scholar of Bible translation as well as translation studies generally.
