Do we really need to translate the Bible, if all members of the body of Christ are speaking Christ's language and understanding the Bible in the Biblical languages?

Translating the Bible or teaching the Bible with the original languages, which one or what combination can be most strategic, cost-effective for long term? How corrupting of the original texts could be the original text after our translation? What is the role of Biblical Languages in mission and missiology with translating Bible?
