Translation Insights & Perspectives tool

Dear friends:

I wanted to remind you of a valuable resource, the Translation Insights and Perspectives tool at https://tips.translation.bible. We have been quietly at work on adding to the data that's available in the tool with the result that there is at least one record for every verse in the New Testament and for more than half of Old Testament and DC verses.

Some of the newish additions include:

• Multimedia entries that include some sign language data (as easily seen on the homepage)
• complete verse translation from high quality back-translations
• "Hebraic" translation from English, German and French Jewish translations for selected verses in the Old Testament
• Translations from the Targum Onqelos where it avoids anthropomorphisms for selected verses in the OT
• A large number of records about the use of inclusive vs. exclusive pronouns in the OT (and a complete collection of the NT)
• A large amount of recently added data on translations of Acts and Mark
• And much more

We also have a new, much more easily searchable interface.
