The Need for Metastasizing of Bible Translation: to Save the Day in Africa

I am working on an article (4100 words), proposed for presentation at a BT conference, with the above provisional title and abstract. I'm happy to send my current draft for any interested comment. 

In essence, I am proposing that we need to consider that some of the theory and detail applied to translation of the Bible into African worldviews needs to spread (metastasize) way beyond the Bible into other 'texts' that the West seeks to make available for 'Africa' to benefit. 

I am hoping MAP contacts may help me as I hone this article as, as many of you will know, I do not have much significant profound other routine contact with Bible Translators as such.
