Second Session of OBT Reading Group

We have started an OBT Reading Group. Every month (on the last Friday of the month) we are gathering virtually to discuss an article, paper or book related to Oral Bible Translation. I am writing to let you know about the article that we will be reading for this month’s session is “Experimenting with Excellence: Quality Assessment in a Mozambican Oral Bible Translation and Transcription Project” by Tobias J. Houston. If you know someone who would like to participate in the reading group send them my way and I can add them to the list.

We meet on the 27th (of February) at 08:00 CST, 14:00 UTC, 19:30 India, and 21:00 Thailand. The author of the article is planning to join us for the session. I am really looking forward to the discussion.
