Bible Org Watch: Tracking Restrictions on Scripture

Bible Org Watch is a resource that brings greater transparency and accountability to the copyright practices of Bible translation organizations around the world. It tracks thousands of modern Bible versions, identifying the organizations that control their rights and classifying their licensing arrangements according to whether Scripture can be freely copied, translated, adapted, and distributed. The resource can be found at copy.church/watch. If anyone has requested permission to use a Bible translation in any way, and has been denied/ignored, please share whatever details you can with jon@gracious.tech so that it can be added to the database.
